Can I organise my own courier to pick up?
Yes you are more than welcome, we only ask that you call us to arrange a time for the collection so that the courier is not inconvenienced.
When can I pick up my tiles?
Once you have decided on your tile, please contact us to arrange pick up time. If you have made an appointment to look at your selected tiles and decide on a tile at that time, you are more than welcome to take them with you there and then, once payment is made.
Will you be getting more stock of a particular tile if sold out or low in stock?
Unfortunately we won’t, what we have in stock is it, so once they are sold there will be no more.
Can we come to your Warehouse in Reservoir and look at the tiles?
You are more than welcome to come to the warehouse to look at selected tiles, we only ask that you contact us and make a time and day to come in and look at the tiles you are interested in.
Can I pay by personal cheque.
The payment methods we accept are Master Card/Visa Card, Cash or Bank Cheque only. Payment is to be made before goods are taken from the warehouse. No account available.
